Prayer Monday

A childhood friend of mine named Emily gave birth to a precious miracle baby December 17, 2008. His name is Cooper. Cooper is a gift and a testimony to Emily and her husband Zac's faith that God will bless you and take care of you according to His will. Cooper was born with Downs Syndrome, yes that may be a surprise as a first time parent, however Emily and Zac were chosen to be Cooper's parents. God entrusted them to raise Cooper and take care of him. The difficult thing is that a lot of times there are heart complications that go along with Downs. And Cooper has a heart condition that will be requiring surgery Monday March 30. Emily and Zac as well as their family's are prayer warriors and strong Christians. But, that does not make Monday any easier. I wish I could be in Nashville to pray over them and with them, but I am in Texas and God will hear my prayers just the same. Please pray for Cooper and his amazing family. Cooper has already touched so many lives in his short time in ours, pray that God will bless him and his family as well as give each of the strength and faith that God is in control. The surgery begins at 8:00am. I will be in prayer, please be in prayer too.
